Our Purpose

​

Equestrianism is a lifelong learning adventure. The masters are still learning! The saying “You don’t know what you don’t know” is often used around the barn. 

Our purpose is to create well rounded horse-people who support one another on our lifelong learning adventure. We teach our students how to care for the horses from the ground up. Teaching them proper handling, feeding, grooming, mucking and basic horse first aid prepares our riders should they eventually lease or own a horse.

 

Our students learn to think critically & unemotionally. At stressful times, it is important to remember that the horse is doing the best they can with the information that the rider is providing. Building a bond with the horse you are working with is like unlocking the key to a secret code. At first the conversations are simple, but as you learn your horses secret language the conversations become complex and interesting.
Overall, we want everyone to have fun. A supportive group of humans and happy, healthy horses make for a fun, safe learning environment. We hope that Ladybug Stables becomes your favorite place to be.​

Private, Semi-Private & Group

All lessons are the same price, but differ in length. 
 

We offer English riding lessons

Private lessons which consist of one rider and one coach are 45 minutes long.
Semi-Private lessons which consist of two riders and one coach are 60 minutes long.
Group Lessons which consist of up to 4 riders and one coach are 75 minutes long.
